Team Registration Instructions
These instructions will
guide you from the event page that has the list of activities such as Archery
and Badminton down the left side of the page, through the process of
rostering
and registering a team for a team event such as Soccer or Basketball. These
instructions work best if you print them out, and read and complete each step
before moving on to the next step.
Step 1:
At the Event page with all of the
activities listed down the left side, select the activity for which you will be
registering
Step 2: Now select the "Register for Activity"
button in the middle of the page toward the bottom. If this button is not
available check the dates for your activity. It might not be open for
registration at this time.
Step 3: You should be at the Registration Form now. Fill out all fields that
are marked with an asterisk making sure you select the right
divisions/categories you will be participating in. Then click the "Continue"
button to proceed. If you click the continue button and nothing happens, scroll
up and check to see that you didn't leave any fields blank.
(If you have already
rostered
your team and your roster is accurate you may now skip to Step 9)
Step 4: You have now arrived at the team roster/registration page. Click the "Roster Team"
button and proceed to the next page.
Step 5: We will start by typing the name of your team in the text box. Make
sure you uncheck the box that says
Is Team
Member
if you are not a team member. Click on the "Create Team"
button.
Step 6: Click on the link next to your team name that says
Add/Edit/Delete Team Members.
Step 7: We will be adding the players to the roster now. Click on the "Add New" button and fill in the required information for the player on your roster and then click "Finish". Repeat this process as many times as necessary until you have all of the players to complete your roster. Some activities have roster limits, so make sure you know how many players you can have because limits are enforced. When you are done with adding all of your players click the "Finish" button.
Step 8: If there is no editing of team information required click the "Close"
button..
Step 9: You should be at the team roster/registration page. Now select your team in the drop down box, and then click "Register Team".
Step 10: Complete the specific information for each player in the required fields and click "Save"
Step 11: You have now provisionally registered your team. If you have another team to register you can click on the button that says "to register for another event "Click Here" and go to the next page and search for your event by name and repeat this process for another team or activity.
Step 12: Click the button that says "Complete Payment for Registration"
Step 13: Click "Proceed to Checkout"
Step 14: Enter your Credit Card type, number and the name on your Credit Card and click the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the screen. You have now completed your registration process and you should receive an e-mail confirmation shortly at the e-mail address you registered with.
