Question: How do I obtain
registration instructions.
Question: Do I have to have a
SportsNuts account to register for an event?
Answer: If this is your first
registration on this website you do not need to create a user account to
register for an event. There will be a user account created for
you when you register the first time. Your username will be your e-mail address
and your password will be e-mailed to you.
Question: I'm being asked for a
username and password and I never created one. How do I get that information?
Answer: Your
username is the e-mail address you registered or provisionally
registered with.Your password you can retrieve by clicking this link
"
Forgot Password" and
have it sent to your e-mail address(username). If you don't know the
e-mail address you used you can find it through
Member Search by
searching for first or last name.
Question: How do I register
my team for an event?
Answer:
You can follow this link
Team Registration Instructions and
print out detailed instructions on the Team Registration process to
assist you in registering your team, or you can begin registration for your
event by clicking "
Sports Event Registration" and
you will have the opportunity to
roster your team later on in the registration process.
Question: How do I
know if my registration is complete. Will I receive a confirmation?
Answer: You will
immediately receive a Registration Confirmation for your completed
transaction at the e-mail address you registered with. If you do not receive a
confirmation it is very important that you e-mail
customerservice@sportsnuts.com to insure
your participation. Some questions to ask yourself are, did I complete the
Registration Form and did I enter in my credit card information. You can also
view your registrations if you
login to
our website and click on the "View Registrations" link
on the left hand side.
Question: Can I perform multiple
registrations and only pay once.
Answer: Yes, you can register for
multiple activities or register members of your family also. You can add
members to your family by clicking on the link in the left column that says
"Family". You will have an opportunity to select your family members
during registration. Instead of checking out you can click on "register for
another event" and go back to register for as many different activities or
different family members as is necessary.
Click the "Close" button when you
are ready to continue your registration.
